Catering Information Request Form

Please fill out the form below and a manager will reach out to you with our catering menu.  

Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee your order can be accommodated.  Event availability will be discussed in communication with manager.

We require your final order to be submitted at least 7 days prior to your event. Our schedule often fills up weeks or months in advance.  We will always attempt to accommodate last minute orders, but unfortunately it is not always possible, or certain services such as delivery and setup may not be available.  

A rush fee of $50 will apply to orders placed less than 7 days prior to your event to account for adjustments in staffing.

All catering communication is done through this form and subsequent emails.
